I was originally planning on leasing my property out because I thought the market soften a bit. After talking with Adam he explained that actually the market was pretty good. I was thinking all agents would say that to get the listing. But Adam was different than any other agent I have worked with. He was honest, hard working and always keeping me in the loop. I can not say enough good things about Adam. We got well over our asking price and under difficult circumstances. My house was still being leased with a family and child in home while he showed it. I can't recommend Adam highly enough if you're in the market for a new home or just looking to rent a new place. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were searching for a pretty specific set of factors including location, style, price etc. After a couple of months of going it alone, we hired Adam as our agent. He was extremely responsive and communicative about new properties coming on the market in our desired neighborhoods, and was always willing to schedule a showing at the drop of a hat. When our first accepted offer fell through (at no fault of Adam to be clear), he was upbeat, positive, and kept pushing us forward when we were a little down. Soon after, we found a perfect fit in our top desired neighborhood. Adam led us through the negotiation, the closing, and made us feel totally at ease with this process. In a field filled with untrustworthy agents, Adam is a rare find. Hire him, you won't regret it.
Would rate 6 stars if I could. Adam was tireless, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, engaged, responsive, honest and most of all, present. We were buying and selling at the height of the pandemic housing market and had to contend with low inventory, high prices, absurdly high competing offers, waived contingencies, etc. Adam helped steer us through the storm of buying a new house and selling our current home. He attended every single open house and showing (plus the ones he went to alone just to become an expert in our area), inspections, walkthroughs, etc. After some frustrations and heartache in this tough market, he helped us find the perfect house for us, and through his advice and hard work, helped us achieve an excellent price on the sale of our starter home after a bidding war. Adam is straightforward, and refreshingly honest in helping both buyers and sellers manage expectations, budgets and strategies. He didn't overpromise but delivered more than expected, and outworked everyone else we encountered in the process.

My previous tenants left at the end of June, when I had a number of unexpected expenses, so it was a terrible time for me to be without any July rental income from that apartment. Adam took photos for me, suggested that the apartment could rent for a somewhat higher amount than I had been getting, and was always available to answer my questions. Adam is the best relator you will find in the Boston area. My search was around Brighton, Cambridge, Waltham and Watertown and he was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. He was never pushy and always played the role of the devils advocate (very rare in a realtor!) He understood my needs and expectations, suggested good listings and made sure to call out anything that was missing from my must have or nice to have list on listings that I seemed excited about but were not perfect. I never felt he was trying to make a 'sale' but he was genuinely trying to make sure I bought a place I would be happy with that was a great opportunity. He was professional, available and could answer all my questions. He would go out of his way to contact the listing agents and get additional details before the open houses or showings.
